1. Data controller
The data controller is the operator of DevNergal CS (Hungary). Contact: privacy@cs.devnergal.pink.
2. Data we process
- Registration: email address, password (stored as an Argon2id hash), Discord username.
- Game data: in-game statistics (K/D, ELO, level, skin inventory).
- Technical: IP address (rate-limit + abuse), browser / client fingerprint.
3. Purpose and legal basis (GDPR)
- Service delivery (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Fraud prevention and anti-cheat (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Marketing email only with explicit opt-in (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Retention
For active accounts, from registration onwards. After deletion the email and Discord username are anonymised within 30 days; aggregated game statistics are kept anonymously.
5. Recipients and processors
- Hosting: Cloudflare (Pages CDN, EU/US edge).
- Server: vshosting (CZ/EU).
- Discord (if bind is active): Discord Inc.
- Steam Web API (VAC ban check): Valve Corporation.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, portability, objection. Exercise these via the email above. EU complaint authority (Hungary): NAIH — naih.hu.
7. Cookies
The landing site does not use analytics cookies. The launcher / web-registration uses a session cookie for authentication (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax).
8. Security
Passwords hashed with Argon2id, TLS on every endpoint, JWTs with short expiry, refresh token rotation. In case of a breach we notify affected users and NAIH within 72 hours.
